¡Hola amigos! We’re thrilled to introduce something special we’ve been cooking up for you: our brand-new table top ordering system, which is all about making your dining experience even better while still keeping that personal touch you know and love.
How It Works
Using our new tabletop ordering system is easy as! Just grab your phone, scan the QR code on your table, and voilà, you’ve got our full digital menu right at your fingertips. If it’s your first time using the system, you’ll quickly have to create an account, but then you’ll never have to do it again. Then, once you’re in, it couldn’t be easier to browse through our options and place your order directly from your phone. Each person can even scan the code with their own device and add their selections to the table’s combined order, which can then be sent off at the same time!
Why We Added This Feature
First of all, we want you to know that this new system isn’t here to replace the personal service you’ve come to expect from us. It’s simply to give you more choices. We know that during a busy service, it can be hard to flag down your server when you want to order something extra, which is exactly why we’ve made this addition. We want to make sure that you always get what you want, as quickly as possible. But at the end of the day, whether you’re in the mood for a chat with our friendly staff or you prefer the ease of ordering digitally, the decision is entirely yours.
Important Details To Note
While you are able to use the app to pay for your table, we kindly request that you settle your bill in person at the counter. This ensures that you can apply any vouchers or discounts smoothly and split your bill with ease, as the ordering system unfortunately doesn’t support some of these features. Also, a member of our team will still swing by to answer any questions you may have and to make sure that everything’s perfect. The app is meant to enhance your experience, not replace the personal touch we’re known for.
